FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How does it work?
    For our regular plans, a technician will visit your property on a set day each week and clean up any waste in your garden. We are unfortunately unable to provide an arrival time, but this will likely be between 7am and 4pm. You will receive a text each morning letting you know that today is your service day and a text ten minutes prior to arrival.
  • Do I have to be in?
    If your garden is accessible, you do not need to be present.
  • What areas do you cover?
    We cover Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripon, Wetherby and Boroughbridge. If you're not within these areas, please message us as we may be able to fit you in!
  • Can I let my dogs out?
    Unless the technician has previously met the dog, we advise to keep your pets indoors. Having a stranger in their garden can be distressing and both their safety and ours is our main priority.
  • What do you do with the pet waste?
    The waste is double bagged and discarded in your outside bin.
  • My garden is only accessible via my house, what do I do?
    Please let us know if this is the case and we can come to an agreement surrounding access.
  • My dog is agressive, can you still service my garden?
    We are happy to service houses where agressive or nervous dogs live. We do ask that the dog is kept indoors during the visit and we will send a text message ten minutes prior to arrival to let you know we are coming.
  • What happens if you miss a visit?
    If we miss a visit due to adverse weather or public holidays, we still charge our normal service rate. This is due to the extra waste that will need to be collected the week after. If you would rather scoop the waste yourself for that week and receive a refund instead, please let us know and we'll happily refund. If we miss a scoop for any other reason, we will endeavour to visit your property on a different day of the same week.
  • How do I pay for your services?
    We take payment in advance at the start of each month. Your first payment will be via bank transfer to cover the remainder of the month. Following this, we then take payment via Direct Debit on the 1st of every month via GoCardless.
  • Can I refer a friend and get a discount?
    Yes! Please contact us if you have a referral.
  • What kind of products do you use?
    We use a pet friendly deodoriser and sanitiser. Once dried, this is completely harmless to both pets and children.
